Chef Owner Nicole Betourney has received degrees in Baking and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu and L'Art de la Patisserie from The French Pastry School. Chef Nicole has worked as the Souffle Chef at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas, NV, along with other Chicago based companies.

Chef Nicole started Isn't That Sweet in 2007, in an effort to bring her love and passion for pastry to others. I believe that a little something sweet goes along way. It is easy to make someone smile, just give them the perfect sweet!

Since opening, Isn't That Sweet has become involved in Onward Neighborhood House and The Claddagh Foundation.
